i am trying to sync my zotero link to word document since long and i am not able to do it. it continuously shows zotero experienced an error updating your document

I have the same problem!!!
It worked before, but now suddenly I can´t link references in the documenty to the library. Get the same errorcode assunidhi0096 above.

It doesn´t sync anymore between the document and the Zotero. I heard it can be a buc/error if adding the the referenslist to the document before it´s finished. Can that be a the probleme? Is there a solution? Copy/past the old library to a new one and start over again? A new document doesn´t work here either. Tank for input in the question above.
