Bluebook Supra in word

The supra citations are not matching up. I have the footnotes starting at 1 and set to continuous. but for example I cite to an article in footnote 11, then later on I site to it again but it is saying Supra note 12. How do I fix this?
I have also refreshed multiple times. Deleted a footnote and put it back in and nothing fixes it.

If you have used "*" after your name, and introduce yourself in the footnote, the Zotero may count the "*" as footnote 1. So all supra note x+1
to avoid this issue, I do not use "*" to introduce myself until everything is done and I unlink all documents...
