Upgrade StorageZotero plugin issues, not able to save

The problem I am facing is when I try to save a PDF into the Zotero via the Zotero plugin in Chrome, it does not get saved to the path I had set to but instead gets saved locally on my desktop with an error message. I have been facing this issue for more than a month now. Kindly help me to resolve it.

Balbeeredited February 8, 2024I meant that I have set up some path to the OneDrive folder where it should directly save the file like many other files which I had done earlier. But, it has not been doing the same in the past few weeks. It downloads and saves to the local folder of the desktop. The error is : "An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information."
