What I did:
I browsed this article (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6128435/) using Firefox 122.0 (MacOS). I clicked on the Zotero connector. It imported the article metadata, screenshot, and PDF to my Zotero library.

What happened:
As depicted by the red arrows in the figure below, the PDF filename in the main window is different from the filename in the inspector even after clicking on "rename the file after parent metadata."

I would like the actual file name and the name in the list to be matched as well.

What you are seeing in the items list (central pane) is the Title of the attachment file, as indicated at the top of the column:

Also:

We'll also be adding an option to display filenames instead of attachment titles in the items list, though we don't think that makes much sense, given that the parent item row already shows the same metadata.
