Cannot open a File Attachment (already synced and uploaded) on iPhone
I have used Zotero mainly on my laptop. However, when it comes to my iPhone, I cannot open the file due to the Error: "The attached file is not available in the online library. Please check that the file has synced on the device where it was added".
The thing is that the File has already been successfully uploaded and synced (i.e., viewable on the Zotero online library). However, it still cannot be performed on the iPhone. I followed the instructions and came to the last step, but I still could not open the File on my iPhone. Now, I have been instructed to generate a Debug ID (D2077866941) and post it to the Zotero Forums for technical assistance.
Please help me solve this problem.
