Zotero Citation Issues

My Zotero citation generator is acting weird and I am unsure what to do. I am using Zotero on Word and every time I try to add a citation or change a citation, it takes me to the Zotero App. The pop-up box to add my citation does not appear. What can I do in this situation to restart Zotero?

Can you check if "Use classic Add Citation dialog" is selected under Settings > Cite? If it is ticked, the Zotero lookalike citation dialog will pop-up. Unchecking this option should offer you the red citation dialog.
