Quickcopy problem

I'm on Zotero 6.0.30. I can't get quickcopy to work when I press ctrl+shift+1. Nothing is copied to the clipboard. But the citation is created when I drag and drop the item into another program. I tried changing the shortcut and that didn't change anything. Other shortcuts do work (e.g. create a new note). Changing the item format on the quickcopy tab (in 'Export') didn't fix the problem. Any other troubleshooting suggestions?

To be clear, the standard quick copy shortcut is cltr+shift+c -- you've tested with that?
