Snapshot can't be saved either, what's the reason for this?

Only the name of the document is preserved

Make sure you are running the latest version of the Zotero Connector. If it still does not work, provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for a refresh of the page and attempt to save.

Could you try disabling other extensions but Zotero, restarting the browser and seeing if saving works then? If not, could you press Ctrl-Shift-I in the page after it fails to save, switch to the Console tab and see if there are any messages related to Zotero or SingleFile in there?
