Upgrade StorageIssue with multiple citations and re-citations
Hi everyone,
I am having 2 main issues in word with Zotero:
1. When I try to cite multiple papers, it just comes as 1, with one only number and all the papers listed under that same number. The way I am doing it is:
- Add citation
- Classic view
- Multiple sources
- Adding one by one with the green arrow
I can't find the solution anywhere, as this is what the instructions are, and still, I am having issues. what should I try?
2. When try to cite a paper previously cited, it generates a new citation. I do the following:
- Add citation
- Find the paper, and click on the one under the title 'previously cited'
Still generates a new citation with exactly the same name. What could I do

adomasvenWhat citation style are you using? If you are using a style that puts citations in Footnotes, this is the expected behavior.
