Cant resync my library

Hey guys, I used a tool to compress my pdfs. I then purged the storage on the website so I could replace the pdfs with the new ones, but I cant seem to get it to sync those pdfs. I tried to logging out and logging in on the app but nothing, any tips on what I can do?
