Safari Google Docs Connector error

Safari 17.2.1 & Zotero 6.0.30.

When in Google Docs in Safari - when I try to get the Google Zotero Connector to load, it opens a new webpage which says it should close. It doesn't close and the Zotero extension doesn't work in the Doc..

    @sxj201: This would happen if you initially didn't grant the Zotero Connector access to all websites. You'll need to grant it access to at least this site (zotero.org), which you can do by clicking on the Zotero Connector button in the toolbar and selecting “Always Allow on Every Website…” or at least “Always Allow on This Website”.

    To function properly, the Zotero Connector needs access to all websites. No data is collected except for any items you choose to save to your own Zotero library. See our privacy policy for details.
