The problem was solved inexplicably

Note that we can't fix WebDAV server problems here. The message means what it says: if you're having trouble, you need to check your file sync settings or contact your WebDAV provider. The best we can do is tell you the request that's failing, which you can pass on to them. In this case, it was this:

(1)(+0000152): HTTP OPTIONS https://[…]@dav.[…].com/dav/zotero/ failed with status code 400:
