Zotero 7 Beta 56: Restore the Single/Two Field(s) Author Switch when Creating a Parent Item

When I need to create a parent item from a standalone PDF, I prefer to have a single field to enter the author(s). Prior to beta 55, the switch button was easily accessible. But with the redesign, it is not available. The three-dot button is even not accessible during the creation. But I may have missed the correct way to do it with the new design.
