Help needed merging libraries over sync
I had Zotero on two computers running separately and decided I wanted to combine the collections including files across both devices.
I decided sync the storage directories using syncthing and sync the rest via zotero sync.
Here are the steps:
1) exported library from B
2) import said library on A
-- everything is fine, I got all my files and collections on A
3) sync the ~/Zotero/storage dir using syncthing (I might have first copied it from A to B, not sure)
-- still everything seems fine
4) Sign in to Zotero sync on B
5) Tidy up my collections on A a little bit.
6) Sign in to Zotero sync on A
-- During the sync process I get asked about a couple of conflicts, but not many.
After the syncing is done some collections that I moved into other collections reappear, no biggie, but also some collections are just entirely gone.
Fortunately I have a backup of ~/Zotero on A, which I can use to restore the local state, however when sync runs afterwards the same collections are deleted.
How can I resolve this, i.e. tell Zotero to consider the state on A to be the "true" state for the next sync?

imlewSeems the obvious solution is to just delete my account, restore from backup and create a new account, uninstall zotero from B and then reinstall it and sync with the new account.
