Zotero Connector fails to Recognize Italic Tags

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to link: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/09712119.2020.1715223
2. Click the Zotero connector to cite link

It fails to recognize Italic tags in the html.

Meanwhile, if I use Zotero desktop's add items by identifier, it recognizes the italics

So, tldr; there's a discrepancy between the output of connector and the desktop application

The data come from different places depending on how you save -- the italics aren't in the metadata from T&F that we get on the page (we're not scraping information straight of the page unless we absolutely have to), they do appear to be deposited with CrossRef, where the DOI metadata comes from. It's an area where I think we can improve, but likely not super quickly, see also
