Upgrade StorageIncorrect Citation Format - Italicizing Much of It/Bib.Completely Off-However Info Page LooksCorrect
Hello, I just downloaded and started using Zotero this week. I am using the Word plug-in for Zotero to insert citations. I am trying to insert citations/bibliographies in APA 7 format. However, when I attempt to do so (clicking "Add/Edit Citation" or "Add/Edit Bibliography" in the Zotero ribbon in Word, this is what I get:
Citation:
(Davidow et al. - 2022 - A Scoping Review of Interventions for Spousal Bere.Pdf, n.d.)
All of the above is italicized except for the "n.d." part.
For APA 7, it *should* say: (Davidow et al., 2022)
Bibliography:
Davidow et al. - 2022—A Scoping Review of Interventions for Spousal Bere.pdf. (n.d.).
Again, all of the above is italicized except for the "n.d." part.

Davidow, J., Zide, B., Levin, L. L., Biddle, K. D., Urizar, J. C., & Donovan, N. J. (2022). A scoping review of interventions for spousal bereavement in older adults. The American Journal of Geriatric Psychiatry, 30(3), 404–418. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jagp.2021.08.002
I had also correctly set the preferences as APA 7.
I have attached a screenshot of the background coding seen after I press Alt-F9. I've also attached a screenshot of the Info page for the Item, which looks correct despite the incorrect citations/biblio brought in by the Word plug-in.
Can someone please help me to fix this?
