I want to use mouse to scroll left/right when viewing pdf in horizontal model.
Can this function be implemented?

Could you clarify what you mean by 'horizontal model'?

Usually you need to hold addtional key to enable horizontal scrolling on you OS (so this is OS dependent, not related to Zotero)

Usually this might be a shift key but dont knowing what system you are using is hard to tell, you can google it easily (horizontal scrolling + your OS name) or try to read this thread https://superuser.com/questions/908178/how-can-i-scroll-horizontally-with-my-regular-mouse
