When I open a note to edit in a new window, tags and related panes are not expandable. I also can't add tags or related items in this view.

A similar issue goes for the right-side notes pane in PDF reader. After selecting the notes icon in the right ribbon and adding an item note then editing the note; back button at the top of the note is not responding.
