Show file does nothing

When I right click on an entry, and click on "Show File", nothing happens.

I use Arch Linux with a tiling window manager.

xdg-open will open folders with Dolphin.

What does Zotero call when we click on "Show file"?

I guess it's related to using a tiling window manager.

But Zotero should just call "xdg-open" on the folder, and that knows how to open the folder.

Does opening a downloaded file folder work for you in Firefox?

Zotero is based on Firefox. Both Firefox and Zotero attempt to use xdg-open on Linux, but it seems that they are unable to, or something goes wrong when they try to. This isn't a general issue on Linux (working fine here on Ubuntu), so you will have to troubleshoot this for your config.

Might be a file type handling problem.

What is the output of xdg-mime query default inode/directory?
On my Ubuntu 22.04, it returns org.gnome.Nautilus.desktop
