Zotero desktop app not syncing to Zotero - debug ID D766676965

My desktop app is not syncing to Zotero.org. When I go to preferences and click "Choose Library," I see all the libraries are checked. However, one time I got an error message about not being connected to server and to check my internet connections (which was fine).
