Zotero Tab Doesn't Appear Anymore (Macbook Air using Word 365)

I'm starting a new discussion so as not to confuse anyone by adding on to a previous thread. I switched from an installed version of Word to Word 365 about a year ago. The Zotero tab stopped appearing and I haven't been able to get it work ever since. I can copy the citation format in Zotero and paste it into my notes/bibliography but this is more tedious than using the Zotero plug-in has been in the past. Based on other responses I've seen in the discussion boards, here's what I've tried so far:

1. I followed the "zotero_toolbar_doesn_t_appear" instructions:
-Quit Word
-Opened Zotero/Settings/Cite pane
-Clicked Reinstall Microsoft Word Add-In
-Got dialogue box: Zotero Word for Mac Integration--Installation was successful
-Restarted Microsoft Word. still no Zotero Tab

2. I located the Word Startup folder location and found this: /Users/seigenjohnson/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/User Content.localized/Startup.localized/Word
-within the Word folder are two items: a) linkCreation.dotm and b) Zotero.dotm

3. I followed the "https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_manual_installation" instructions:
-Navigated to: /Applications/Zotero.app/Contents/Resources/extensions/zoteroMacWordIntegration@zotero.org/install (containing the Zotero.dotm)
-Located Word startup folder (again)
-Copied Zotero.dotm file to Word startup folder
-Dialogue box said file with Zotero.dotm already exists. I chose replace.
-Restarted Microsoft Word. Still no Zotero tab

TIA for any help/suggestions you can offer.
