Can not save pdf via zotero connector

Hi,

I was trying to save paper to zotero in chrome, and my university uses proxy to view the full paper. I got X full text pdf in red when I try to save it.

The Debug ID Is D1413600204 .

    Does it work if you disable all extensions in Zotero, restart it, then try to save the same paper again? If not, can you provide another Debug ID?

    Hi, @adomasven I disabled all extensions and restarted, it is still not working, the ID is D408003883.
