I have a pc and a laptop , in both of them i have the same account and the same synchronization with onedrive folder. The documents that i save in the pc, i only can open with the pc (the same if i save it with laptop), when i want to open the same document in the laptop, i cant, still being synchronized with the same one drive folder
Are there some way to open the documents that I save in the pc, with the laptop and vice versa?

If so, your syncing across computers is managed by onedrive, not Zotero.
Or do you have your Zotero *data* folder on onedrive ? That's not safe - see "Unsafe Data Directory Locations".
