Can references-papers downloaded could me manifested in one interface？

When I read one paper，how can I know which papers in references had been downloaded and added into my library？And how can I quickly added them in Zotero？Especially without using other plugin？ Because plugin did not work well from time to time.

You can't do this at all without an add-on: Zotero isn't aware of references cited in papers you store in it (I think others have answered the question pointing to plugins already)
