Repeated problems integrating with Word

Hi

I'm having repeated problems getting Zotero to integrate with Word. I get the message "An error occurred communicating with Zotero. Please start Firefox and try again." Opening Firefox does not make a difference. I updated my Zotero to the latest edition, and it worked well for about ten minutes, and then stopped working again. Most frustrating.

Does anyone have any ideas?

P.S. Would the location of the template / add-in make a difference? I've tried adding it in two different locations - in the start up folder located in Documents and Settings / Username, and in the start up folder located in Programs / Microsoft Office.

    Hello again.

    I've now discovered that I don't get this problem when I open a completely new document. Can anyone resolve this?
