Do not work Bibliography

When I add the citation, then my next work is to add the bibliography. Right?
But when I press the bibliography option then does not work. Instead comes writing: Replace this Zotero field.
why is this problem? please help me out.

Most likely, the cursor is still inside a citation. You need to place the cursor at the end of your document.

No it's not actually happening, the references are coming up where they should go down.
