Upgrade StorageZotero program does not synchronize with online group library

I am trying to open papers added to my group library by someone else and I keep getting this error:
The attached file could not be found at the following path:
C:\Users\admin\Zotero\storage\WPKUKVNA\Beagan et al. - 2020 - Three-dimensional genome restructuring across time.pdf
It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero, or, if the file was added on another computer, it may not yet have been synced to zotero.org.
My storage is fine, and I tried everything from the troubleshooting page. Is there a way to fix this?

The file doesn't exist in the online library, so as explained there, this doesn't have anything to do with your computer.
