Importing many folders and sub-folders containing papers at once, in the same manner they exist

I have collected a lot of papers during past years whcih I saved them in folders and sub-folders based on different topics and many of them have annotations and informations inside. Now I want to import them exactly the way I have saved them. Is there any way that I can import all of them as they are at once into a library without creating all of those folders and subfloders again?

There's a third-party plugin that I believe does this:

There will be a built-in import feature that does this in an upcoming version of Zotero.
