Selectively sharing specific folders or collections with others

Hi all,
I'm new to Zotero and I was wondering if it is possible to selectively share specific folders or collections with others. Does Zotero allow me to create private or public groups where I can manage access to references?
Can I create groups, add relevant papers to it, and control who has access? How I can avoid giving users access to my library as whole and instead only give access to collections or sub-collections.

Any help will be very much appreciated.
