Upgrade StorageOpenOffice.org document update from Zotero 1.0.10 to 2.0rc5 problem
I am using OpenOffice.org 3.1.1 and Firefox 3.5.7 on Windows XPSP3. I upgraded from Zotero 1.0.10 to Zotero 2.0rc5 with OpenOffice.org Zotero plugin 3.0a6
When I open any old document, and try add, edit, refresh, set preferences, ... etc. Zotero asks to upgrade the document, then gives the following error:
"An error occurred communicating with Zotero:
java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBounds: String index out of range: -2
... "
then:
"Zotero experienced an error updating your document.
fieldCode is null"
I reported the error with Report ID:1005964966
this happens with all my old documents, however, I can start a new document and add references, edit references, ... etc. without a problem at all.

1. open you old document
2. in the reference section, remove all of them. Only the reference part, not the part in your article.
3. then reinsert bibliography
4. it will ask for upgrade from the old 1.0.10 to new 2.0rc5. Click yes.
