Please add "place of publication" to item type "document"

Why is there no entry for "place of publication" for the item type "document"? Most documents were actually produced in a certain location and for citation purposes this is also very important. I don't see any reason why this should not be there.

Please add "place of publication" to item type "document". Thanks.
