[Feature Request] Generating shortcuts for note files!

I want to sort some of my notes into their own sub folder. But there they should NOT be attached to the literature entry in which they actually lie. What I need is a shortcut of a note which can stay in a sub folder by itself.

So you want a child note to basically be visible as a top-level note in another context?
I don't make these calls, but to me this unlikely to happen given how Zotero item relationships work -- e.g., notes and attachments are still displayed in their context in search results.

As an alternative, you can try the better notes plug in to create a note or notes with links to your original notes

you can create a subfolder, then add the better note (or notes) inside this subfolder. Any changes in the original notes will appear in the better note(s).
