Updating error citing

I'm using Zotero with Google Docs. Some of the cites show "updating" on blue in the footnote, it says that there's a problem with Docks "backend".
I use the same format for all of the books but some of them gave this problem, even though a couple fixed by themselves (misteries of computers...). The book I use the most has some of these cases, even though other references for the same book show no problem.

Disable your other browser extensions (particularly Google Docs Offline), reload Google Docs, and try again.
