Downloading pdf's from GuideStar.org

When I download a pdf from guidestar.org, say the form 990 for George Mason University Foundation: http://www.guidestar.org/FinDocuments//2008/541/603/2008-541603842-04dcaab1-9.pdf

the only way I can download this is to say "Create New Item From Current Page" and I get a pdf with a wonderfully horrible name,

I want to change the item name and also group some of these pdf with one and other.

Unfortunately I cannot drop these pdf's on other docs, I can put them in a sub-collection, but that's really not what I want to do.

Any suggestions?

    Create a new item using the green plus sign - manually input all relevant data - attach the pdf using drag&drop.
    Rename the pdf using "rename from parent metadata". You can several pdfs to one item
