syncing with webdav

hey all,

i've got some problems since installing the newest RC with file syncing in webdav. the webdav is my own site I've set up, and worked fine until i installed rc5. today it gave me an error in the morning; i went and reset the file database and re-synched everything (over 150MB!!). then, i added a few PDFs now and tried to resync and again i get the error:

"A WEBDAV file sync error occured. Please try again". This happens no matter how many times i try to sync. when i uncheck webdav, the rest of the entries sync accurately...

here's the kind of error i get (i changed out the relevant server details):

[JavaScript Error: "not well-formed" {file: "http://myuser:********@storage.mydomain.org/zotero/JQK4F482.prop" line: 1 column: 1 source: "�"}]

anyone have any idea whats going on? also, does anyone know if there's an error syncing WebDAV, does zotero still sync the entries themselves? in other words, is there a backup/failsafe (a good idea) or it just craps out all the syncing, files and entries?

Provide a Report ID.

And yes, Zotero always syncs library data before it syncs files.

Thanks for the update. the report ID is 426755096

That's a Report ID after getting the "A WebDAV file sync error occurred" error and before restarting Firefox? There's no error logged in there. Restart Firefox, sync, make sure you did, in fact, get the error, and send in another Report ID.

Please also provide a Debug ID for a sync that generates the error.
