Zotero Library vs "Storage" folder in c: drive Zotero folder

How do I sync the documents I have in the Zotero/Storage folder on my computer with the Zotero Library folder? I've been putting articles in the local storage folder (and subfolders) because it's quick and easy to organize.

    I’m not sure what you’re asking. What do you mean by the “Zotero Library folder”? And do you mean that you’re manually adding files to ‘storage’? Because you absolutely shouldn’t be doing that — Zotero manages its data directory automatically and syncs those files between computers.
