1131060899, Hello My zotero connector icon is grey in colour. I cant save articles from science direct. Please help

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) from the Zotero Connector for reloading a ScienceDirect page and getting the gray icon?

I clicked on zotero connector
I clicked on save pdf

1) You're trying to save the PDF directly. You generally shouldn't do that on a supported site like ScienceDirect. You should save from the article page, and Zotero will automatically download the PDF if possible.

2) PDF downloads from ScienceDirect generally won't work in Zotero 6 at the moment, but they should be possible in the Zotero 7 beta.
