Unable to recover password

Hello,

I have forgotten my Zotero password, but am unable to recover it. I had to create this new account to post this message.

I have entered my original username multiple times on the password recovery page (https://www.zotero.org/user/lostpassword) but have not received the email. I am currently logged into my Zotero desktop app (v6.0.30), so I am certain that I used the correct username.

However, I am only 99% certain (not 100%) that the username is associated with my Gmail account. Is there a way to check?

If the old account is not recoverable, how can I make sure that my library, which I have built over the last 15 years or so, does not disappear into the ether?
