[Android] pdf outline feature request

Jumping through pdf outline is a handy feature which I use frequently. This is kinda necessary while you're reading an academic book. I would be very happy if you add this feature in the android version.

Yes, it will have an Outline tab in the sidebar, like the desktop and iOS.
