can not change the linkmode

hello，some trouble happens when I use zotero, it reports that "zotero can not change the linkmode", and I check and try to repair it by cleaning the trash as the former discussion suggested, but it failed. Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that produces this? Good chance this was caused by a plugin.
