Upgrade StorageDelete pdf attachments that have no annotation

Long time Zotero user here.
My zotero storage folder is almost 10GB now and I would like to reduce the size of it.
May I know what are my options?
say, I have projects > 10 yrs old, and it is okay for me to remove the pdf attachments that have no annotation. If I need full text in the future, I can re-download them easily.
