Unable to open OneNote link

"We couldn't open that location. It might noe exist ot you might not have permission to open it." This sentence is shown on my desktop. But I can open any onenote link when I use my laptop. I don't find any where to reset it.

If the link works on your laptop, I would start by checking that onenote is installed and that onenote:// links open correctly from your browser on that computer. Zotero just opens the link, so any problems are likely due to missing files or installation issues with OneNote
