当我将sciencedirect的文章保存在Zotero中，在文章界面保存pdf，Zotero显示An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information.尝试重启zotero、浏览器、更新翻译器、重启电脑均不能成果保存PDF至ZOTERO中。please help
重现步骤：
1.启动Zotero。
2.打开数据库选择所需文档，点击 View PDF，点击左上角PDF文稿标识。
3.右上角显示保存的目标文件的提示框。
Zotero提示框下边缘处显示灰色字体“An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information.”
不能保存的URL是
https://pdf.sciencedirectassets.com/271942/1-s2.0-S1385894721X0023X/1-s2.0-S1385894721037979/main.pdf?[…]
