the whole library missing when syncing in the other computer

Hi,

I tried to synchronise my zotero library but suddenly the whole documents in my own MAC has disappeared. How can I repair this problem and recovery my meaterials?

    You (or someone with access to your account) deleted all collections and items in your library earlier today. These could have been manual deletions, or you could have used Replace Online Library on a computer with no data. Setting up a new computer simply involves syncing and would never delete existing data.

    You can try to restore from one of the automatic backups on a computer where the data existed.
