notations don't work for snapshot to a particular reference

I have one snapshot of a reference downloaded from an AGU journal that I recently tried to add notations to, but neither highlighting nor notes work with the snapshot. Both work with other references, so there is something special about this snapshot in particular that causes annotation to break. I have placed the RDF of the reference along with the snapshot at the following address:

I am using Zotero 2.0rc5
