How to get full journal name instead of journal abbreviation in bibliography

I am trying to make bibliography with full journal name instead of journal abbreviation. I unchecked "use MEDLINE journal". Therefore, bibliography should come out full journal name by default. But I do not get it.

Could you please help me what to do?
PS. I am not a programmer and I do not understand macro behind it and how to edit.
