Zotero Word plugin tab is invisible and not responding

I am experiencing a problem with Zotero Word plugin. Now I see an empty space where Zotero used to be. If I click on the space, it shows the functions such as add/edit citations, but none of the functions are responsive. If I click, nothing happens.

I have tried 1. reinstall Zotero, 2. reinstall the word plugin, 3. Delete the zotero.dotm, 4. Disable and enable the Zotero plugin again from word. But none of these work:(.

It happened after I updated my Mac system last night I think. I am using:
- MacOS: 13.6.3
- Word: 16.80
- Zotero: 6.0.30

Please help me check what might be wrong. Thanks!

    Are you saying that instead of the tab name "Zotero" there is a tab with no name, which contains Zotero buttons? If so, does it help if you go into Word Preferences -> Security and check "Enable all macros", then restart Word?

    Yes, that's what happened. I tried to enable all macros, but it was greyed out.

    I am using an enterprise account so I will try to contact my IT colleague first. Thanks for the help!

    This seems like some sort of Word configuration issue, where the Macros from templates in the Startup folder are not running correctly. You should pass this on to your IT people.
