Upgrade StorageOpen URL Resolver Fribourg Cantonal and University Library

could you please add the Open URL resolver for Fribourg Cantonal and University Library (Switzerland):
https://bcufr.swisscovery.slsp.ch/openurl/41SLSP_BCUFR/41SLSP_BCUFR:DFR
Could you also remove the Open URL resolver for "RERO Network of Western Switzerland Libraries (generic instance)". This resolver has been out of service for three years.
