Hello,

I use Zotero on a Chromebook. When I want to add a citation, I'm asked to connect to my Google account ("Zotero Google Docs Integration wishes to access your Google account"), which I do, then I accept. However, I get a Google page that says "An error has occurred Sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again". I then do the following and come across my Google account page.

This prevents me from using Zotero on Google Docs... What can I do?

J'utilise Zotero sur un Chromebook. Lorsque je souhaite ajouter une citation, on me demande de me connecter à mon compte Google ("Zotero Google Docs Integration souhaite accéder à votre compte Google"), ce que je fais, puis j'accepte. Cependant je tombe sur une page Google qui m'indique "Une erreur s'est produite Désolé, une erreur s'est produite. Réessayez.". J efais alors suivant et tombe sur la page de mon compte Google.

Cela m'empêche d'utiliser Zotero sur Google Docs... Que faire ?

Error: Google Docs authentication was cancelled

Make sure you're selecting the Google account that you used to create the document. This doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the email address you used for your Zotero account.

If you're sure you're selecting the right account, disable all other browser extensions, reload Google Docs, and try again.

My problem has been solved. I deactivated my extensions, which blocked ads, cookies,...
