Will delete items also be deleted from Notion?

Hi! I have a related question: I synced a Zotero map with Notion.so, but I also reached my storage limit in Zotero, so I would like to delete this items. But now I'm wondering; will these references also be deleted from Notion then?

    You'd have to ask whoever is providing your integration with Notion. We don't have anything to do with that.
